Our Primary shipping services may take longer than usual delivery as our store is supplying its products from the remote area of Kinnaur and we try to dispatch products as quickly as possible.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we offer free shipping for certain products. We are not getting profit from "Shipping", we charge the customer what we are charged.
We use a network of couriers to dispatch the products as soon as possible.

At The Labraha's we offer a 15-day return policy on all unworn and unused items in our original packaging with proof of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at thelabrah@gmail.com and we will provide you with further instructions. All returned items will be subjected to a quality check, and upon approval, we will provide an exchange or a refund.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order on receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions

 

Our family business offers a variety of products for sale, however, some items are not exchangeable. Perishable goods, such as Apples, plants, and flowers, are non-exchangeable due to their short shelf life. Additionally, any items that have been personalized, like custom jewelry or apparel, are non-exchangeable and nonrefundable.

 

We are committed to providing you with the best quality products and services.  We want our customers to be satisfied, so we guarantee all other items to be exchangeable.
